Contact
Do you have questions about your order or a product? Then you've come to the right place. Please read the following points and send us only one message, please reply to the order confirmation. It is then no longer necessary to send a request via the contact form, as no request will be lost by us.
You be able to answer some questions yourself. Here is a small selection of tips on how you might find the answer:
-
What is the status of my order?
- If you have a customer account, you can log in and check the status of your order yourself.
- If you have ordered as a guest, you will find a link to check the status of your order in the order confirmation. There you only have to confirm your identity briefly.
-
What does the order status mean?
- “Open”: We are currently still waiting for items, the order has therefore not been processed further.
- “In progress”: Your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible.
- “Completed”: Your order is on its way to you, usually you will also receive an email with a tracking link.
-
How long does it take until I receive my delivery for pre-orders?
- The delivery times in the store give an indication of how long the delivery will take. Yet there might be delays. A yellow indicator means that the product must either be ordered from the supplier or is on its way to our warehouse. Green means that it will be dispatched immediately.
- For new publications (pre-orders), we can ship at the earliest a few days before publication.
-
How long do I have to wait from dispatch?
- Germany: Parcel post (LPs, merchandise) approx. 1-2 days, goods post (CDs, smaller items) up to 5 days. Important: Merchandise mail is often shown as delivered although it is still in the distribution center. Please read the text on shipment status carefully.
- Other EU countries: Depending on the situation and local conditions, delays may occur. Your order will first be sent to an international distribution center. This is the case directly after the shipping confirmation. Often the shipment is then routed directly to the destination country and only once it has been processed there can you track it with the parcel service provider in your country.
- Worldwide: Deliveries from Germany to overseas are now often much longer than deliveries to the EU mainland, for example. Delivery times depend heavily on many factors such as customs clearance, utilization of the various transport routes and the global political situation. As always, as soon as you have received a shipping confirmation, you can be sure that we have sent your order on its way. Unfortunately, depending on the destination country, tracking may only be available with a delay. You can also check online services such as Parcelsapp, which have access to shipping data from various transport service providers.
Please describe your request, if possible include your order number.
